Hello, could anyone advise me on escrow please, I have been sent a paypal invoice but the account is in Spain. I have tried to contact paypal but no joy. I have also tried to contact ebay to see if it is a legit account still no joy. Can anyone advise please

Did you try Live Chat with PayPal?

The link they sent me with an invoice had a live chat. I have messaged PayPal via my account to see if the invoice is legit but they haven't replied.

Paypal does not do escrow.

Also SELLERS send invoices NOT buyers, if its from a buyer and marked as paid then its an invoice made to look like a receipt of payment when it is not.

Thank you, yes it was a scam luckily I didn't pay it
