Error setting up business account

 When trying to set up my business account I'm stuck on the Review your application screen:

  • Agree and Create Account button is greyed out so can't be selected
  • Refresh the screen then I am able to select the button
  • When I do this I get an error in red at the top of the page "We're sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again."
  • Have tried again several times, without success

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Exact same issue going on here. Does it just require a time delay?? Will the button no longer be greyed out in 24 hours perhaps?

Hi Padster07.

 

I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing difficulties when trying to create a business account through the PayPal website.

 

If you haven't tried already, we would advise that you try deleting your temporary internet files on the device that you are currently using. Then if you try this on a different browser, this may help.

 

If you are also using Google Chrome, please try this on Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox as this should also help with creating an account.
