English speaking customer services in Spain

Is there a number you can call for Paypal Spain Customer Services that is in English? I have an issue I can't resolve online and when I call the number it's in Spanish with no option for English. Ive called UK Paypal but they can't access my account nor give me a way of contacting Spain Paypal in English by email or phone.

Hi! Can you help me please, I am searching the service where they will speak Spanish and can't find the correct number))
