How is it possible that in 2019 and with Global transaction nobody at PayPal customer service speaks basic English?
Is this a nationalistic thing or lack of education? They should at least have basic knowledge in English so they could transfer to a person who actually speaks English at PayPal Germany instead they just hang up, great customer service 😞
Also why not have an English option in the phone menu?
But seeing here in the forum, I"m not the only one who experienced lack of customer service by PayPal Germany and no improvement, make you wonder were PayPals priorities are, not good customer service that's for sure.
