Hi, I purchased an item on eBay early this month. I received an email from eBay saying that the site I was buying from had been compromised. The money for the goods has gone from my bank account via pay pal. I have contacted eBay trying to resolve the matter with little success. The automated reply says contact the seller. After some hard work I eventually found the sellers account and sent a email to them. That was three days ago and haven’t had a reply yet. I have gone on to my pay pal account which says the payment is pending,so what do I do . Will I get the goods,will the money be paid back into my account if don’t or do I have to go somewhere else to try and resolve it problem. Any help would be welcome.
