Emailing Paypal for help

How the **bleep** do you actually send Paypal an email?!?!? The HELP section doesn't cover my issue

To email customer service for assistance:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click EMAIL US.
