Email regarding KYC completion from Paypal.

Hi,

Good morning from India!

I have received an Email from PAYPAL attherate <removed> requesting to complete the KYC via given link in mail.

But when I log in to my account (not from the link) my account is not showing any msg. of this nature (to complete the KYC).

Even I am unable to right to Paypal to clarify the issue. So I have 2 problems, and need help to solve them.

1. How can I contact Payapal (writing a mail) for my issue(s)?

2. I am afraid to use the link sent over mail, so what shall I do?

Please help me.
