Every time I try to email Paypal, the robot replies before I can reach a person--and the reply has NOTHING to do with my request.
Why don't they have an "Other" category for reaching them--as none of their categories cover my problems
Why don't they have a Did this help? Option after the robot sends a "we think this will answer your question" so we can say: NO! it did not answer my question?
