I need the email address and contact telephone number of an eBay buyer for the shipping company but PayPal are no longer giving the email address in the PayPal transaction. I sent messages to eBay buyer for the info but no response. Why don't PayPal include buyers email lately. or is there a PayPal setting I should be using. I downloaded my transaction history spreadsheet but it just refers you to eBay item and eBay don't want to know ...they just say contact PayPal
