Hello, I have sold something on Ebay but because Its the first time I have sold something, payment has been held. I have had an email notification from Paypal to say that in order to access the funds, I need to confirm my email address. It is an old Paypal account and I have no idea what the password is. I have tried to reset it but the only option was for them to phone an old contact number on there which I no longer have. I have tried to call Paypal but due to Covid, and lack of staff, I cannot speak to anyone. I don’t want to send the item because at this rate, i’ll never be able to access the money. Can anybody advise me please?
