Eligibility for papal credit.

recently, i try to make a paypal credit but it says that i am not eligible. so i was wndering what are the elgiblities to apply for a credit card ?

I believe that PayPal credit is only for US residents.

Paypal credit is available in other countries apart from the U.S and as you applied for it and it was declined then maybe its available in yours?

Only you would know that, however if you were declined all you can do is apply again at a later date.
