I purchased an iPad for my mum on eBay over 3 years ago, so I can't see transaction details to contact seller. The issue is that just recently they must of re-activated it on their iTunes account and now my mum can't use/open it. I need to find some proof of purchase and/or get in contact with the seller. Will PayPal allow me to do this?
