Ebay selling fee different between ebays site and credit card, why ?

Ebay selling fees was 59usd (in ebay sold product page), but was 65usd in credit card.

Why ?

Did you look on the eBay selling fee invoice/statement for an explanation?

Where is invoice? I looked in Paypals site, they dont have any value description , only 65 usd.

Where can i find selling fee invoice/statement  on ebays site ?

If i change the price, is it a update, more 6usd?

I am from Brazil, I cant type in english a little, but talk in english is very difficult.

Does they have any email ?
