On Monday 6/5 my eBay was hacked an 3 purchases were made to just under £900. i Caught it quickly and the transaction was stopped. They paid straight from my bank account as it was linked to my eBay and it was paid into the sellers pay pal account. E bay told me it would take 24-48 hours to receive refund and it would be processed through paypal. One of the sellers still haven't marked a refund, but two have. I cant speak to paypal on the phone as it keeps cutting me off because of the current situation. Ebay has given me the transaction ids to check with paypal. Has anyone had any experience of this before ? It makes it harder to report a problem on my paypal as the transactions arent showing.
