Not sure if I am posting in the right place but we are planning to pay for website development but I can't figure out if this would be covered by PP buyer protection.
I have read all the guidance but at one point it mentions it excludes website payments pro. We use this service (but obviously wouldn't be using it for this purchase) but just not clear on whether buyer protection is only for individuals (personal paypal account holders) or whether it also provides protection if I am purchasing something for my business?
