Does PayPal still work at all?

Hello,

I am afraid if PayPal is still active platform? Because payments by PayPal on my woocommerce webstore doestn't work at all.

And the support doesn't answer my asking for help. I've already sent to them 3 messages, one of them two days ago, and two of them today morning.

But there is no feedback.

My paypal payments works like on the movie: <removed>

I record that movie especially for support team.

And my main setting (I think most important) looks like on screenshots:

Could anyone help me? 

What is wrong? All my clients can't pay by PayPal and has the same behavior as I showed on the movie.
