So I've seen a lot of advertisement lately for a new smartphone by a company named Brandeis. I've never heard of the company, and after some research, they may or may not have released one other smartphone before. They're advertising 50% off for the first 1000 preorders, and I'd like to know if I used my PayPal debit card, if buyer protection would cover me on the event the phone never ships.
