Do you need to link a card to transfer money?

Hello, I was wondering if it's necessary to link a card to paypal in order to transfer money to my bank account?

As far as i can see you can't receive funds in your country and you can only send funds via a card.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
