Hi there! I currently am trying to make a purchase from someone, but the thing is: I don't have a credit card/debit card/bank account linked to my PayPal. I want to link/use a Visa Gift Card instead, just personal preference, but I don't know if I'll be able to send money without said cards or bank account linked to my PayPal. Is this by any chance possible? Thank so you much!
