I am resident of Croatia and I own personal PayPal for long time. Question is, can I switch to business account if I have company registered in Seychelles ?
Problem is what I not live in Seychelles and I read on many places that PayPal make problem of that. Correct ?
Which exactly documents is needed to be 100% verified ?
Do I must provide some proof for bank account and in which country must be bank account ?
I found sentence: "If you are the business owner or the named person on the account we would request a copy of your proof of address (your billing address) ". So, my company address is in Seychelles and billing address is Croatia !?
