Dispute with a seller from Poland(scam)

 Hi,

I bought a shirt from Grailed.com for 200 USD and wasn't authentic. So I opened a dispute on PayPal.  Then I knew that the seller wasn't going to care so I escalated to PayPal.  The seller is from Poland and PayPal asked me to send it back to the seller.  Then I sent the package to the seller with the giving address from PayPal.  Now the post office in Poland is trying to deliver the package, but the seller is not home or he doesn't care and doesn't want to pay me back.   I already paid 70$ for the shipping and I really don't want it to come back to me then have to pay again to send it back. What is my protection now?  Also do you think PayPal is going to give me back my money still if it is coming back to me?

Thank you,

Cedric

Give customer services a call and tell them that you have done everything that was required of you and that the seller is not picking up the item and they 'should' close the dispute in your favour.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

OR

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
