Can I get an answer as to why I am suddenly being charged a lot more to send funds personally to friends and family? The amount appears to be at around $4.79 no matter how much I intend to send. This is in contrast to what it used to be, which was 1% of the sending amount. I have tried looking up data on the sending fees, and nothing I read seems to be able to account for the $4.79 flat fee I am seeing. This makes making small personal payments incredibly impractical.
