Did anyone else get a bunch of spam emails the same day they had they login issues?

Title pretty much sums it up. It was like someone got my email address and signed up for a bunch of sites, mostly russian sites round 8/6/18? and almost immediately a false transaction in paypal and they had account and login issues.
