Hi, PayPal has deducted to much money from my buyer for the sale of an item. They are now saying that I cannot get the funds until I purchase iTunes gift cards for the buyer for the sum of the overdrawn amount. The buyer does not wish to have gift cards bought, he would like his money back. Is there a way of being able to refund him the extra amount through PayPal or another option maybe?
