Depop Refundt

I'm trying to give my buyer a refund, but every time I get to the refund confirmation I get redirected to the transaction summary. Do I have to accept the money to refund her, or is there possibly a problem because there's a hold on the money?

You can't refund pending or held funds in your paypal balance?

Are they showing in your balance but on hold?
