I’m trying to still my mobile home and a guy text messages me saying he needed my email and my full name for my PayPal account so I sent him my PayPal.me and he said he still needed my email address that I created the account with scam ??

Yes because he needs your email address so he can send you FAKE PAYPAL EMAILS telling you that you have to pay a shipping agent first to transfer the mobile home before your funds are released.............SCAM.

YOU HAVE NO PAYPAL SELLER PROTECTION FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE........CASH ON COLLECTION IS THE WAY TO GO IN MY OPINION.
