Does anyone know if I can give a permanent delivery instruction for all my purchases and deliveries when paying with PayPal.
I am having problems with various couriers just leaving my parcels on the doorstep and not even bothering to knock.
I do not wish to give any courier an Authority To Leave permission.
There is not always an opportunity to leave a message regarding delivery instructions when completing a PayPal purchase. And even worse....when I have managed to leave delivery instructions, the seller doesn't put my instructions on the delivery slip or parcel.
Really frustrating as I don't want my parcels stolen or damaged by weather etc.
