Customer support, on hold for 7.5 hours and counting!

What is going on!? This is bad business. I opened a dispute Sept. 8th and am still dealing with it.  PP told me I would have to return mail the item, but now it has to go back to a China address, which they advise they would email me in English, but have not, hence the call.  I don't feel comfortable having to pay for the return either, considering I'd have to count on reimbursement from PP, particularly since you can't even get a hold for them. To say nothing of everyone's time being valuable, this is above and beyond. Sorry for the rant, who makes it through 7.5 hours on hold without being disgruntled, ridiculous! My day off blown and nothing accomplished, ugh! I sent messages as well, and with my phone, I can't do the return call.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Thank you, I'm trying the chat right now (it's been over an hour, no response.) I get Covid 19, but still say it's bad business, customer support can be done remotely.
