Is anyone getting any response from customer service? I have been waiting since Monday and have heard nothing.

I expect many are, trouble is they are inundated due to the fact the phones are inoperational.

So folks message multiple times making things even worse as you could have 6 agents dealing with 6 messages from 1 impatient person.
