Would like to find out how to get a transcript of our conversation with cash card customer service. So, I can present the facts to my partner, we basically have limitations on the account. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If you don't have the option then why have your agent told me that if you end the conversation then you will get the option of transcript chat?
