I sold a perfectly pristine Samsung S7 phone and I got scammed by a customer who likes to get refunds and switch their old phone out. EBay decided to side with them even though I was the first to file a complaint after the customer emailed me that she wanted a return. She has done this several times with other merchants and she is still getting away with this. PayPal froze my account what do I do
