Anyone else having major issues to get through to customer services? Absolutely appalling been on hold 44 minutes & still waiting. Passcode - helps fast track you!! Think PP needs a service to advise your position in the queue, its your choice if you wait or not but at least you know your in for a long wait 😞 its now 6.25pm CS closes in 5 minutes...been on hold since 5.40pm
Can take a few hours, best to leave it on loudspeaker and get on with something else until they pick up.

Haha! I'd advise a queueing system, extremely poor and it's an urgent resolution I need tbh. Messaged them again on here...I'll try facebook too!! thanks!
