I am really struggling with how I was just treated on the phone by a PayPal rep. She belittled me for five minutes, was cutting me off while not even listening long enough to hear the real issue, and being completely unhelpful and nasty to me - and then hung up on me when I asked for a manager. I was perfectly polite. I am blown away at the level of disrespect. I am also very upset that PayPal makes it so difficult to get on the phone with a human. I've since tried to arrange another call-back for assistance and was just hung up on again. I am hoping that this message makes it to someone who cares enough to contact me about mistreatment.
