I waited 33 minutes the first call with no answer, then 28 minutes the second time with the 6 digit access code with no answer still.

Finally went on the chat and after one unsuccessful chat, finally got a live chat person. I guess that's what we will get from now on. I'm going to go back to my CC companies for payment as they will still answer a phone call within a reasonable time.

It's frustrating to just wait and wait and wait.

They need more people to answer the phones or get rid of them altogether
