I was invoiced for US $246.35 for accommodation in Indonesia. I have just received an email from the hotel saying that they received only $235.21. Why is there such a difference in the two amounts. Are they passing on fees to me and if so, what fees??

Hi sunnygirl26,
Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!
There are fees applied to a merchant/seller for receiving payment through PayPal. The merchant would be aware of this and they will be advised of it in their PayPal account. If you paid the invoice amount as requested, you have fulfilled your part of the transaction.
