Crediting Money to my Account

I sold something on eBay and PayPal accidentally took out extra money in the other person’s account. After I refunded the person half the money back (which was not my fault) and showed PayPal proof, I still do not have my money in my account. PayPal said it would take 3-4 hours.... it has now been 12 hours with no money in my account. When would the money get into my account because I need it ASAP?

Sounds as if you have been the victim of a common SCAM.

No payment in your paypal account means no one paid you anything and any emails you had were FAKE paypal emails.
