Hallo. My wifes bank credit card information has been stolen by some untrusted site i think. Thieves made paypal account and made transactions. I have no idea how they registered card, but my wife never had paypal account. Now money stayed resereved in bank. How I can cancel this transactions, inform paypal about this thieves,or what to do? bank said just wait 15 days and if money gone then go to police.
