Hi--I have an offer from my bank saying that I get 5% back on any purchases made from Paypal, so I am considering linking my credit card to my PayPal. However, when I check online, it says that PayPal charges a fee to connect/use my credit card. So, does this mean that if I use Paypal as a payment method for a retailer online (i.e. UPS), I will be charged a 2.9% fee?

Buyers don't pay that fee only sellers.
The only time you would be charged is if you use the friends / family ie gift option and fund it with a card, then you would pay that fee but NOT for goods / services payments.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
