Recently, many of my online customers, have been faced with the PayPal "Create an account to Enjoy Buyer Buyer Protection, Refunded Returns and more".. Our online customers, just want to pay via ccard and not have to join PayPal.. Why is this option now mandatory..? I have found many online customers drop the cart and make a call to our office for resolution. PayPal please make this optional and not mandatory..
