Create a business account from canada

Hello,

I have a personnel account but, I would like to create a other business account from canada, is it possible? The question "State" et "zip code" in the form, give a error (we dont have State in Canada)... Can you help me please. Thank you!

Yes, you can but it seems like you're trying to create an account at the US PayPal site. 

Use this instead:

https://www.paypal.com/ca/webapps/mpp/account-selection
