I created a PayPal account a coupke of weeks ago. I have a US debit card that I use all the time, so I try going for US as my main country, but because of this, I cannot update my phone number and can't seem to use PayPal to buy online either. What can I do? Can I create a new account from where I'm in with the same email? Or just change settings? (Which I don't see how to do it anyways)
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
