Contacting PayPal

Hi All

 

I realise that this topic is not new but post again in the hope that repeated community requests highlight the plight of the community in relation to the non-accessibility of PayPal support.

 

I have submitted multiple messages and emails regarding a erroneous PayPal action - to no reply (other than the system email telling me my message is important - 20 days ago now).

 

If anyone has a suggestion on how to get support (being outside of USA, calling is not the easiest option) directly it would be much appreciated

I have been trying to get assistance for 6 months now. They need to be held responsible for their actions!!!

About theonly thing working at PayPal is the badge award - if only that was useful in some way in the real world problem resolution!
