Sent a message 2 days ago, still no reply. It appears that even the minimal contact methods listed will not work.
I suppose making a complaint to the local Government controlling body will be the only way to attempt a resolution.

Yep as the phones are not operating everyone is messaging, trouble is they send multiple messages if they don't get a prompt answer.
One user said he sent 20 in a few days, so times that by the amount of folks sending multiple messages and you can guess they are inundated.
There may be 6 agents tied up sorting 1 persons issue.
So yes going to take a lot longer to get a response.
You can ask on here if you think we can help or just wait it out?

They have finally started a reply, but it cut off. The thing is, it didn't let me actually send more messages, only add to the original message.
