I am trying to connect this PayPal account with ebay automatic payment method but I faced an error from PayPal "SOrry we aren't able to setup preapproved payment at this time". I tried it several time but faced same error.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
