I have a Paypal account for sending and receiving funds,using as the "link" between my checking account and purchases and I also have a Paypal credit. Here is where my confusion is... It says
PayPal works without a balance
No kidding! You can still use PayPal to shop or send money when your balance is zero.
Does this mean if a purchase goes through and there is not enough or no money in the wallet it will go to my Paypal credit? I have tried looking for the answer and have had 0 luck. Thank you in advance!
