I have a friend who sends me $300 or $600 pretty frequently and for $300 i get $297 of it after pay pal takes its fee. Today my friend sent $300 and i got $291 so im confused why $6 additional was taken today and it was taken before i got the money when its usually taken after I transfer it from my pay pal balance to my pre paid credit card and they still took the usual $3 so instead of the $3 im use to i now am out of a total of $12 . From $300 to $288 and i havent spent a dime yet. Can somebody tell me why this happened and what to do about it because i got hit for a fee 2 times on the same money .
