I lost my id is there anyway to confirm my identity with paypal if i do not have a id

You would need to provide 1 of these....

 

Proof of identity
The following is a list of acceptable documents you may provide:

  • Government issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport
  • Employment authorization card
  • Permanent resident card
