PayPal keeps asking me to confirm my cellphone number. I request a code and it doesn't arrive to my message facility. I called my telecommunication provider and they said it was OK their end. I then changed my number and handset. Still no code sent. How to actually email a real person to report this frustration? I don't want no confirmation of cell phone to interrupt withdrawal of monies received.
i do not have a cellphone only landline number, how can i get a confirmation number? other way do not work keep sending the confirmation number on a landline number?
