So I ordered a wig and the seller responded back saying “ Got it, since this is a new business paypal account i had to make, in order for the money to go in my account you have to go to your activity tab (computer version) and press confirm let me know once you do that she’ll be started soon.” My question is, if I confirm it, will i still be able to request a refund or dispute if this turns out to be a scam.
