Hi if I think a paypal commission amount is incorrect who can I contact and how? I have looked at the help pages but as nothing covers this topic I can not question the amount I am being charges. I have similar value transactions as well as higher value ones that are not being charged this high amount. This transaction was wishing the UK to a customers address. Can someone shed any light on why this is. Thank you in advance.
